The kickoff meeting of the project was held in Rezekne, Latvia, on 28-29 October 2025.
The project's kickoff meeting was held in Rezekne, Latvia, on October 28-29, 2025. This was the first time the project partners met face-to-face to review the project's roadmap. Work packages and partner job descriptions were finalized in line with the project schedule. The team identified potential challenges by discussing the scope, requirements, and expected outcomes. Preventative measures were developed to address these challenges.
The kickoff meeting symbolized the beginning of the project. Participants reinforced their commitment to the project and were motivated.
