The Teacher's Guide Book has been published.

The Teacher Guide Book, developed within the framework of the AR+SEN (Augmented Reality for Special Educational Needs) Project to support the professional development of teachers working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), has been successfully completed.

The guidebook brings together the principles of inclusive education with Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, providing teachers with both theoretical knowledge and practical methods that can be directly implemented in the classroom. Consisting of 12 comprehensive chapters, this resource aims to support teachers in designing more accessible, effective, and inclusive learning environments for students with diverse learning needs.

The first part of the guidebook focuses on the foundations of inclusive education. It covers students' cognitive and emotional characteristics, learning styles, individual differences, special and inclusive education principles, learning difficulties (including dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, and attention and concentration difficulties), intellectual disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It also provides comprehensive guidance on the role of teachers in the educational process, collaboration with families and specialists, and strategies for adapting learning environments to meet diverse student needs.

The second part of the guidebook is dedicated to the use of Augmented Reality in education. It introduces the fundamental concepts of AR, its educational benefits, its impact on students with Special Educational Needs, as well as a range of AR tools and applications that can be used in the classroom. In addition, it presents classroom teaching strategies, lesson planning processes, assessment and evaluation methods, and practical solutions to common technical and pedagogical challenges. The guide also addresses current topics such as ethics, safety, accessibility, and digital inclusion, providing teachers with comprehensive guidance for implementing technology-supported teaching practices.

The Teacher Guide Book not only introduces the educational use of Augmented Reality technologies but also aims to strengthen inclusive teaching approaches that enable every learner to reach their full potential. Through practical examples, good practice recommendations, and classroom strategies that translate theory into practice, teachers will be able to design meaningful learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of their students.

Developed through the collaboration of the AR+SEN project partners, this comprehensive guide will contribute to strengthening teachers' digital pedagogical competences while supporting the wider implementation of inclusive education and the effective integration of Augmented Reality technologies into educational environments.
